Isabella {14 days} . Newborn Baby Portraits .

Heather and Jeff are one of the few couples that really went out of their way to make sure they did what they could do to make little Isabella's first portrait session go smoothly.... It helped that there was a special on that day on the TODAY news show that talked about newborn portraiture.

When I arrived at their home it was 70 degrees outside and almost 86 inside, Jeff had just left with Isabella to take her for a spin around the block to get her to fall asleep in her car seat.  Sure enough by the time I was done setting up and they came back she was sleeping and ready to go.


Newborns change SO quickly and I love capturing and being a part of those first days of life. If you are expecting a baby and would like to book a newborn session plan ahead. I book sessions months ahead of time around the baby's due date.  6 days - 14 days for newborns is best before they become less flexible, more alert, & develop baby ache or any skin irritations.


Isabella loved playing with her tongue and had the cutest little expressions!
